Governance forms the backbone of our Institution, connecting students, faculty, staff, and management through a shared commitment to excellence. In accordance with the UGC Guidelines for Autonomous Colleges, our Governing Body has been reconstituted in a well-structured and systematic manner to guide the Institution’s progress in all domains. Under the leadership of the management, the Governing Body provides strategic direction, strengthens academic and administrative frameworks, and ensures that the Institution remains aligned with emerging educational standards and societal expectations.

The foremost purpose of the Governing Body is to drive the sustained development of the college and to safeguard the interests and aspirations of our students. The Body convenes annually to deliberate on policies, academic programmes, institutional practices, and future plans. All deliberations are recorded with precision, and meeting minutes are consistently maintained for transparency and accountability.
