Women Cell

The Women's Cell at DSEC comprises student representatives, faculty from all departments, and a senior female faculty member. Its objectives include:

  • Educating women about their legal rights and protections.
  • Promoting awareness of health, nutrition, and available resources.
  • Encouraging self-reliance and decision-making skills among female students and staff.
  • Fostering a culture of equality, respect, and empowerment for women within the Institution and society.
  • Enhancing the confidence, self-esteem, and overall well-being of female students, faculty, and staff.

Through these initiatives, the Women's Cell strives to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all women at DSEC.
