Grievance Redressal Mechanism — College Level
  • The College has established a dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) to address concerns raised by students and faculty. Suggestion boxes are installed in every block, and an online grievance submission facility is also available on the institutional website.
  • Separate registers and digital records are maintained to document each grievance, including the date of receipt, nature of complaint, and the action taken for resolution, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • For concerns related to internal assessment, students may directly approach the respective faculty member, who will discuss and clarify the student's performance in detail.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, students may escalate the matter to the Head of the Department through their assigned counselor for further review and redressal.
  • Students also have the option to lodge grievances through online mode, ensuring easy access and timely resolution.
