MENTORING SYSTEM

At Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College, we believe in nurturing every student's academic, personal, and career growth through a structured mentoring system.

Twice a month, and as needed

Key Features:
  • Academic Guidance: Personalized support through remedial classes, bridge courses, lab sessions, and skill development programs. Students are encouraged to participate in competitions, workshops, and club activities.
  • Personal Counseling: Helps students manage stress, build positive attitudes, and adapt socially.
  • Career Counseling: HRDC supports CV preparation, interview training, placement drives, and awareness of higher education, government jobs, and entrepreneurship.
  • Peer Mentoring: Senior students guide juniors in academics, labs, projects, and co-curricular activities.
