The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in 2001 with an initial intake of 45 students and later expanded its capacity to 180 in the academic year 2020 - 2021. The PG programme in Computer Science began in 2006 with 18 seats. Accredited by the NBA in the year of 2024, the department has also recognised as Research Centre in the year of 2023. With well-equipped laboratories and modern tools, the department promotes hands-on learning, research, innovation, and project-based activities. Faculty members are highly qualified, offering expertise in both academic and industry domains. Through a balanced curriculum and strong industry interaction, the department nurtures skilled engineers with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

They were learned about Industry level basics of developing Software Applications, Recent Trends in IT, Overview of Internet of Things, Python and Mobile Applications Development. We express our gratitude to the principal and management who permitted us to go for the visit.
The programme was useful to some extent. The Organizers were very Cooperative. If they had given hands on training it would have been a very successful training programme.

Our students were learned about Industry level basics of developing Software Applications, Overview of Web Development to building and maintaining websites. It includes web design, web programming, and database. How to develop a website using some programming language like HTML5, CSS3, React JS, Node JS, Python and R Language.
