One day National level Conference ASEAID'13 was conducted by the Civil Department on 4th March 2013. Dr.K.Muthumani from CSIR graced the occasion as the chief guest. He emphasized the need for the civil engineers to stay updated. He delivered a Technical talk about the challenges faced by the civil engineers while designing Earthquake Resistant Structures. Research papers were submitted by students from various colleges.
